The Good
The Diztronic matte flexible TPU case is the ideal choice if you’re looking for a lightweight case that offers solid protection. The case is stronger and more durable than a silicone case and the TPU material does a great job at protecting the phone without adding much bulk to the device. If you want solid protection, but don’t want the bulkiness that OtterBox cases add, then I believe this case is the perfect option. The case is available in three matte colors including electric blue, black and ultra black. The case is also available in pink glitterflex, but it doesn’t have a matte texture. Another great thing about the case is its “lay on the table” design as the edges on the case are raised slightly in order to protect the screen.
The Bad
One of the complaints about the case is that as it has a matte texture, and it attracts dust. While the matte texture is great at being fingerprint resistant, you might need to clean the case every once in a while if it gets too much dust. Aside from that, some users feel that the colors are dull and not vibrant enough. Therefore, this might not be the best case if you’re looking for shiny vivid colors.

The case fits the Galaxy S5 perfectly and provides solid grip in the hands. I’ve seen cases that are sometimes too big, providing a loose fit, however, this particular case fits the phone like a glove.
Aside from that, the case also has cut-outs for the ports on the device and all the buttons are easily accessible.

While some users claim that the matte texture attracts dust, I’ve always loved matte cases. Not only does the matte texture look good, but it also keeps away fingerprints. In terms of design, this might not be the most unusual case, but it definitely adds a bit of style to the device.
Thickness, Weight And Protection – 4.7 out of 5 stars
The case really excels in this area as it is extremely lightweight and only 1.4mm in thickness. There are cases available that are thicker and heavier and they don’t even do a good job at protecting the phone from accidental drops. However, this particular case offers solid protection even with its low profile.
This might not be the ideal case for rough daily use, but it is certainly a great case if you drop your phone a lot. Also, the “lay on the table” design does a great job at making sure that the screen is also safe all the time.
Price And Brand for This Galaxy S5 Case – 4.8 out of 5 stars
Diztronic might not be the most popular case brand, such as OtterBox, but it is definitely gaining popularity and I’ve seen various Diztronic cases for different Android smartphones. The cases from Diztronic are usually not fancy, but they offer decent protection along with a slim profile. As for the price, I believe that you should definitely give it a try as it only costs $9.90. There are cases that aren’t even half as good available for a lot more and if you want value for money, then the Diztronic matte flexible TPU case seems like the ideal option.
